Circe (Marco Calvi)

Thus we arrived on the island of Eea: he lived there

Circe with beautiful curls, terrible Goddess with sweet song,

Aiete's sister with evil thoughts:

both sons of Helios (the Sun), who gives light to mortals,

and of Perse, illustrious daughter of Ocean.

With the ship we approached the shore in silence

and we entered the safe harbor: a god was guiding us.
