Do you ever have two voices in your head? One that tells you all the good things you could do and the other that offers you all sorts of excesses. Obviously we have to follow the first entry. But the second whispers so sweetly and offers exactly what instinct craves. Letting go of the second voice would be ruin. But what a satisfying self-destruction it would be.
