Materials: Air dry clay, wool fabric, destressed and tea stained cotton fabric, sari silk ribbon, corriedale top.

Doll size: around 13,4 inches/34 cm

Artist note:

Tall and with shoulder-length white hair and described as “a man of strict honour and integrity but a great stickler for rights and privileges” - and active in Oregon City as businessman, merchant and mill owner- John McLoughlin was officially named the “Father of Oregon” in 1957 because of the aid he provided to American settlers. Buried on the grounds of the McLoughlin House, next to his wife Marguerite, I imagined them spending eternity together even after the end of their life.

Care instructions: Keep dry, away from humidity and direct sunlight. Do not pull or brush the hair. This i s a NOT posable doll.
