Bound together by the use of unconventional materials, my self-portraiture offers a window into my emotional journey from a difficult upbringing into adulthood; as well as my current struggles with mental health. These works are often layered in both meaning and medium – reflective of multi-faceted personal challenges and a yearning for stability and contentment.
